Setting Up Your AI
Train your AI on your business, test it privately, and roll it out safely — suggestive mode first, autopilot when it's ready.
SIMBLAI's AI tools are powerful precisely because you control the rollout: train, test privately, launch in copilot mode, then let it run. Here's the safe path for both voice and chat.
Steps
- Conversation AI first: create your bot using the guided setup — it walks you through goals and personality without prompt-writing.
- Train it: add your website URL and FAQs. Then grill it in the private test chat — ask what customers actually ask, and correct anything wrong.
- Turn it on in suggestive mode for one channel (start with web chat): it drafts replies, you approve them.
- When a week of drafts looks right, switch to autopilot and add channels (SMS, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp). Link your booking calendar so it can book real appointments.
- Voice AI next: create an agent from a template, give it the same business knowledge, pick a voice, and connect it to your number.
- Test-call it a dozen times — ask edge cases, try to confuse it — then go live, with transfer-to-human set for the calls that need you.
Good to know
- Don't paste your schedule into the AI's instructions — link the calendar instead, so it always offers live availability.
- Suggestive mode is your safety net; there's no rush to autopilot.
- Every AI conversation and call transcript is in your inbox and contact records — review the first week closely and refine the training.
