The builder separates what you're working on from what visitors see. Understanding that one idea explains almost every "my change isn't showing" moment.
Save vs. Publish
- Save stores your work as a draft. You can save a hundred times a day — the live site never changes.
- Publish takes the current draft and makes it the live site. Until you publish, visitors keep seeing the previous published version.
Publishing a change
- Make your edits in the builder and Save.
- Preview if you want a final look at the draft.
- Click Publish. The change is live within moments.
"I published but I still see the old version"
- Force-refresh your browser (Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+R) — you're likely seeing a cached copy.
- Confirm you published the right page — each page publishes its own changes.
- If you edited a funnel or a different site, make sure the domain is attached to the one you edited.
Use the draft state to your advantage
Because drafts are private, you can prepare seasonal updates, new services, or a page redesign over several days and publish the whole thing in one clean moment when it's ready.
