Calendars & Online Booking

Create a booking calendar, set your working hours, and share a link that fills your schedule with confirmed appointments.

A booking calendar holds your scheduling rules — duration, availability, buffers — and hands out only slots you can actually take. Confirmations and reminders send automatically.

Steps

  1. Go to your calendar settings and create a new booking calendar. For one person, choose a personal booking calendar; teams can use round-robin.
  2. Set the basics: calendar name, appointment duration, and a clean URL slug.
  3. Set weekly working hours — your standing availability.
  4. Add date-specific hours for holidays or one-off changes rather than editing your weekly schedule.
  5. Set booking rules: buffer time between appointments and minimum notice so nobody books you for five minutes from now.
  6. Save, then copy your booking link — put it on your website, in your email signature, and in automated follow-ups.
  7. Connect your Google calendar if you use one, so existing events block out conflicting slots.

Good to know

  • Even if you live in Google Calendar, the booking calendar here is what enforces your rules — connect the two rather than choosing one.
  • Wrong-timezone appointments almost always trace back to the account timezone setting, not the calendar.
  • Reminders dramatically cut no-shows — leave them on.
