Sending Email Campaigns

Design an email, test it properly, and send or schedule it to a list — without landing in spam.

Campaigns are one-off sends (newsletters, promos, announcements) to a list of contacts. The flow is design → test → send or schedule.

Steps

  1. Go to Marketing → Email → Campaigns and create a new campaign.
  2. Pick a template or start blank, then build with the drag-and-drop editor.
  3. Send yourself a test email and read it on your phone — most of your audience will.
  4. Click Send or Schedule: set the sender name, sender email, subject line, and pick recipients by list, smart list, or tag.
  5. Send now, or schedule a date and time. For big lists, use batch sending to spread delivery out.
  6. Watch opens and clicks in the campaign stats afterward — and resend to non-openers with a new subject if it's worth it.

Good to know

  • Set up your branded sending domain before your first real campaign — it's the single biggest deliverability win.
  • Subject lines matter more than design. Write three, pick the best.
  • Keep attachments small or link to files instead — heavy emails clip and get filtered.
