Funnels

What a funnel is (vs. your website), how to build one, publish it, connect a domain, and split test.

← All support articles

Your website is for browsing; a funnel is a straight line to one action — opt in, book, buy. One offer, one page sequence, one goal. Both use the same builder, so nothing new to learn.

Steps

  1. Go to Sites → Funnels and click New Funnel — start from a template, from scratch, or let Funnel AI generate it from a description.
  2. Add your steps: typically a landing page (offer + form) and a thank-you page (confirmation + next action).
  3. Edit each page in the builder; drop in a form or calendar element so the funnel captures leads directly into your CRM.
  4. Click Save, then Publish.
  5. Attach a domain (or use your connected domain with a new path) — a funnel isn't publicly reachable until its domain is set.
  6. To split test: open the funnel step and click Create Variation — traffic splits between versions so you can keep the winner.
  7. Wire the follow-up: pair the funnel's form with a workflow so every lead gets an instant response.

Good to know

  • "My funnel isn't live" is almost always a missing or unverified domain — check that before anything else.
  • Split testing requires the domain attached first, and variations need meaningfully different content to teach you anything.
  • Funnel form submissions behave exactly like website forms — same CRM, same automations.
