- Enter the email address your account was created with — the one your welcome email arrived at.
- Enter your password and sign in.
First time here?
Your welcome email contains your login link and instructions for setting your password. Search your inbox for "SIMBLAI" — and check spam/promotions folders if it's not in your inbox.
Common login problems
- "Invalid credentials" — nine times out of ten it's the wrong email. Try any other addresses you might have signed up with.
- Forgot your password — use the reset link on the login page; see How to Reset Your Password.
- No welcome email — contact support and we'll resend it to the right address.
