The Social Planner

Connect your social accounts and plan, schedule, and publish posts to every platform from one place.

Instead of posting to five apps, connect them once and run everything from one calendar — with AI content generation built in when you need caption ideas.

Steps

  1. Go to Marketing → Social Planner.
  2. Connect your accounts — Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more — logging into each and choosing the pages/profiles to link.
  3. Click New Post, select which connected accounts it should go to, and write your content (or generate it with Content AI).
  4. Add your image or video, sized per platform.
  5. Choose Post now, Schedule for a date and time, or make it recurring.
  6. Use the calendar view to see everything planned and drag posts to reschedule.

Good to know

  • Instagram must be a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page — personal accounts won't connect.
  • Platform logins expire (password changes revoke tokens) and posts silently fail until you reconnect — glance at the planner weekly.
  • Batch it: 30 minutes with Content AI can queue a month of posts.
