Where Website Leads Show Up in SIMBLAI

← Back to Support Center

When someone submits a form on your website, SIMBLAI records it in three places at once. Each view answers a different question.

Contacts — "Who are they?"

Every submission creates (or updates) a contact record with the details from your form — name, phone, email, and any custom questions. Open Contacts and sort by date added to see your newest leads first. The contact's activity timeline shows every form fill, message, and call.

Conversations — "What did they say?"

The Conversations inbox is where the actual back-and-forth happens. A form submission opens a thread; reply from here by text or email and the whole history stays in one place. This is where you'll live day to day.

Opportunities — "Where does the deal stand?"

If your account uses a pipeline, new leads can appear as opportunities in the first stage. Drag them across stages as they progress — so a glance at the board tells you exactly what needs attention today.

A simple daily habit

  1. Open Conversations — answer anything unread.
  2. Glance at the pipeline — move anything that changed.
  3. Done. The system keeps the records for you.
