Forms & Lead Capture

Build a form, place it on any page, and connect it to automatic follow-up — every submission becomes a contact.

Forms are how visitors become contacts. Every submission creates or updates a contact record automatically and can trigger instant follow-up.

Steps

  1. Open the page in the builder, click + → Elements, and drag the Form element where you want it.
  2. In the form picker, choose an existing form — or create a new one, which opens the form builder right there in a popup.
  3. Add your fields. Keep it short: name, phone, email, and one question convert far better than ten fields.
  4. If you plan to text your leads, add an SMS consent checkbox — you'll need it for messaging compliance.
  5. Style the form to match your page, save it, and publish the page.
  6. Submit a test entry yourself and confirm it appears in your Contacts.

Good to know

  • Forms live in their own library — the element on the page just references them. Editing the form updates it everywhere it's used.
  • Pair every form with a "form submitted" automation so leads get an instant response (see Your First Automation).
  • Test with a real submission after any change — a broken form fails silently otherwise.
