Phone Numbers, Calling, and Recording

Your SIMBLAI number is the hub for calls, texts, missed-call text-back, and Voice AI. Every call logs to the contact record automatically.

Steps

Go to Settings → Phone Numbers and click + Add Number.
Pick your country, filter by area code or capabilities (voice/SMS), choose local or toll-free, and click Proceed to Buy.
US numbers may require a quick one-time identity verification (ID + selfie) — normal carrier compliance.
To call: click the phone icon in the top bar to open the dialer, then dial or search a contact by name.
Turn on recording: Settings → Phone Numbers → three dots next to your number → Edit Configuration → enable Call Recording.
Also enable the recording disclosure message — many US states legally require callers to be told they're being recorded.
Recordings and call logs appear on the contact record and in Reporting → Call Reporting.

Numbers carry a small monthly rental plus per-minute usage — visible in your billing.
Texting from the number won't deliver in the US until A2P registration is approved (see the SMS guide) — start that first.
Keep your existing number: forward it to your SIMBLAI number, or port it in fully.
