Reports & Your Dashboard

What the dashboard widgets mean, where the call and appointment reports live, and how attribution tells you what's working.

The dashboard answers "how's business?" at a glance: opportunities, pipeline value, conversion rate, and stage distribution. The Reporting section goes deeper — calls, appointments, and where your leads actually come from.

Steps

  1. Your Dashboard (home screen) shows opportunity counts, total pipeline value, conversion rate, and a funnel chart — filter by pipeline and date range.
  2. Customize it: add or adjust widgets with their own filters (stage, owner, source).
  3. Open Reporting in the left menu for the detailed tabs.
  4. Call Reporting: every inbound and outbound call, duration, status, and recordings.
  5. Appointment Report: booked, confirmed, showed, no-show, cancelled — your show-rate lives here.
  6. Attribution: each contact records the source of their first and latest visit (ads, Google, direct), so you can see which channels create real opportunities, not just clicks.
  7. Connect your Google and Facebook ad accounts under Settings → Integrations to get ad performance tabs with cost-per-lead.

Good to know

  • Attribution only sees what it can track — imported contacts and links without UTM tags show as unattributed, so ad ROI reads conservative.
  • Pipeline charts respect each stage's visibility toggle; a "missing" stage was probably toggled off in the pipeline settings.
  • Check the dashboard weekly, not hourly — trends matter, single days don't.
